Our Mission
At Group Life Foundation, our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with special needs residing in Group Homes within Lake County. We provide a variety of programs and services to help improve their quality of life and promote their independence. Our team is dedicated to making a difference and bringing joy to the lives of those we serve.
Our purpose is to empower individuals with special needs and provide them with the tools they need to succeed. We believe that every individual deserves to live a fulfilling life, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality. Whether it's through our educational programs, job training, or recreational activities, we are committed to helping those we serve reach their full potential.
Our Story
Group Life Foundation was founded in 2022 by a group of passionate individuals who saw a need for better services and support for individuals with special needs in Lake County. Since then, we have grown and expanded our programs to better serve our community. We are proud of the work we do and the impact we have made, and we are excited to continue making a difference for years to come.
